Whispering Bill Anderson Nephew Dylan Hoyt Charged With Sexual Assault Of A Minor.

It looks as if aggressive behavior is a trait of Anderson Family.
Let's hope that the late Papa Jim, Nanny Elizabeth and sister Mary Anderson never had to bear the burden of guarding the family secrets of the abusive actions of their sons.

SUBMITTED By SWAIN COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

BRYSON CITY – On Saturday, April 10, the Swain County Sheriff’s Office, led by Lt. Carolyn Posey and assisted by Deputy Aaron Frost, arrested Dylan William Hoyt of 160 Papa Jim and Nannys Place Bryson City, NC on charges of sexual battery and 2nd degree forcible sexual offense. A search warrant was issued for the residence of Hoyt and his property. While executing this

Always Thankful

America, Isn't There A Better Way?

Today I would like to repeat a former thought which is buried in what could be percieved as a whining complaint. ( I would like to affirm that my opinions are not complaints, just observations on the basis of my knowledge and experience.)

The one thing that I wish people would know about me is that I wake every day with a thankful heart.
I am thankful for small favors and HUGE favors.
And if you have ever helped me in any way I want to thank you.
If you've hurt me and and feel sorry, or even if you never feel bad about it, I have forgiven you and I am thankful.
(I have made as many mistakes as anyone else in human history. I hope that others have forgiven me in the same way that I have forgiven them. And for that forgiveness, I am thankful)
If you've never met me, or if you just read my silly ramblings and wonder about me. I am thankful for you.

That we are allowed to question and debate the issues of equality and social justice in public is reason to be thankful.
I'm thankul for freedom of speech and the freedom to question what should be believed.

I am thankful for being a survivor,
*for random acts of kindness from strangers,
*for a few TRUE friends
*for being in the most beautiful spot on earth at the most wonderful time in my life.

AND for each day which wakes me with fresh chances to find new adventures and begin a new wonderful life all over again.

If my ramblings ever give you reason to doubt how thankful I am... Just read this over again... Because no matter how difficult life can get, no matter how defeated one might feel... One can always find a snippet of hope... AND thats enough to make me feel thankful, and happy to be alive.

Do the wealthy buy thier way out of jail and accountability?

America, Isn't There A Better Way?

Do the wealthy buy thier way out of jail and accountability?
It would seem so for Tiger Woods, Roman Polanski and ALSO for Whispering Bill Anderson's Family.

At least it looks that way for the decendants and relatives of the
"Grand Ole Whispering Bill Anderson ". His nephews have been quite the news makers in the last few years.
First nephew Cambren "gets lost in a storm", leaving his boat full of drugs and then was quickly announced "presumed dead by his father"

Cambren's brother Dylan has also been in and out of jail, for everything from stealing "work tools" to rape and was recently charged with child molesting and meth.
On Tuesday April 13, the Swain County Sheriff’s Office served Dylan Hoyt with 29 felony charges of 3rd degree sexual exploitation of a minor. Hoyt was held at the Swain County Detention Center under a $200,000.00 secured bond. His scheduled court appearance was Thursday, April 22 in Swain County North Carolina District Court.

Items of evidence collected by the Swain County Sheriff’s Office are pending submission to the SBI lab for review.

This incident is under further investigation for other possible victims; if you have information about the crimes, the Swain county Sheriff’s Office would like to know what you know 828-488-0159.

This same Dylan Hoyt retrieved his bro's boat down in FLORIDA a couple yrs ago. Cambren was qickly "presumed" dead after they found his boat and stash of drugs had been abandoned during a storm. They are related to whispering Bill Anderson and it all seems rather peculiar that while their criminal behavior continues to grow, the matters get dropped and swept under the rug. WHO is responsible for removing the news coverage of these incidents? Could it be a rich UNCLE BUBBA???

(Whiperin' Bill's Nephew Dylan was released from Swain County jail on a $125,000 secured bond which was reduced from the origianl $200,000. even while facing 29 felony charges.) (is this the wealthy version of justice?)

The Hoyt Boys seem to enjoy the spotlight and the perks of powerful wealth as much as their "uncle bubba". They didn't fall too far from thier Uncle's Family Tree. "Good Ole Boy" Bill has had his share of discreet offenses. The perk of his social position is that "Good Ole Unca Bubba" can QUASH the press and pay-off his victims. Is that the true meaning of Justice????

This opinion Relates to the recent news coverage soon to be quashed from public view:

The Trouble with Student Loans and Grants?

America, Isn't There A Better Way?

If the world suddenly turned "perfect" and everyone gained equal access and abilities, I imagine there would still be some complainers.
Because if our memories weren't erased , the wealthy and socialites would realise thier loss and the poor and under-educated would rejoice thier gains. Eventually someone would say "what's the difference, there is still plenty to complain about".
We haven't reached "Perfection" yet, though many of us make huge efforts to accomplish equality.

Elected officials have recently made some "huge efforts":
* to establish some form of health care support for "all Americans",
*to aid the under-paid in financial matters through stimulus plans and Banking regulation.
* to improve economy and job markets and help promote financial independence for all Americans.
*to insure that any American who desires an education can get one through student loans and grants.

That said....
Do you think there is a way to make these programs a little less complicated to access?

For example:
FAFSA offers grants to citizens who qualify for aid based on their minimum earnings claimed on income tax filings.
THEN
In the ideal circumastance students choose a University, college or trade school and begin thier program. Ideally the funds are sent to the school of choice to cover tuition, and expenses.

My Question: who keeps tabs on the schools when they dont follow or dont understand the rules of FAFSA and Sallie Mae? If the funds are sent to the "accredited" school and the school keeps the money but demands more money from the student (or denies the student access to the classes through lengthy appeals & extensive and confusing bureaucracies), where does the student go for help to clear up matters?
If the school confuses enrollment procedures to the point that the poverty stricken and uneducated cant navigate it (and then keeps the "piles of loan & grant money" )who checks up on that?
when the school causes more financial trouble for the student already poverty stricken, where does the student turn?

After all when a student signs for a student loan, and the school gets the loan money... the student is responsible for paying back the money whether or not they ever got the education. If the school complicates the system to the point that the student is not able to attend the classes, after the school has already recieved the money and keeps it, where does the student go for mediation? Where can a student get an appeal process started for investigating the schools ethical procedures.
I realise that i formerly mentioned a few other points. But during the course of this essay, I have become aware of the broadness of this subject and feel the need to point out my thankfulness for small favors.

I am thankful.
I truly am thankful for being a survivor, for random acts of kindness from strangers, for a few true friends and for each day which wakes me with fresh chances to find new advntures and begin life all over again.

No matter what color we are, we all live in the American community.

America, Isn't There A Better Way?
No matter what color we are, we all live in the American community.
If we want to reap the benefits, we should join the team.

Is it prejudice for U.S. to feel offended at migrants who want all the advantages but make no effort to show that they "want to belong"
I am totally against violence of any kind. I'm trying to look at the reason for some of the objections as recently were proposed in Arizona.

In light of recent focus on Tim James and his English Only Driver Licensing Idea.
I began to ponder the reasons that America has problems with Immigrants.
I do not believe that the issue is "prejudice". I think its convenient for newcomers to accuse Americans of that in order to play on our sympathies, and to reap the benefits of our services (which were, by the way meant to be temporary and in extreme case of emergency)
The problem is not that we dont want to help the pverty stricken, the problem is that "refugees" who dont enter America legally complicate the system for people who were born in the US. Natural Anericans may become afflicted with some financial or physical handicaps may have more difficulty getting access to much needed help due to the bureaucracy which tries to cater to all and also cull out the illegalities. The illegal immigrants, and poverty stricken newcomers bog down the government for benefits when they havent "paid anything" into the system. And when they do begin to earn pay... they dont always contribute to the US community, (but instead take they take thier profits of the American education & wages back to their own country).
A lot of them don't seem to want to make an effort to learn our language or "dress like their neighbors.
I agree w/ Arizona's Superintendent of education. there shouldn't be any segregating schools. Everyone lives in the same community, we should all learn the full course of history and not separate into " segregated tribes or cultures".

Our country has become a destination of refugees to the point that our cities, schools and government services are bursting at the seams. It could possibly become a point of the demise of the services we offer to the poor and elderly of our communities. While we appreciate the fact that immigrants "come to America", in search of thier "dreams" , the bitter truth is that that a lot of them come here without a dime, nor any education. In turn they accept cheap wages and/or expect our government to support their needs and wants.

In the meantime they do very little to show thier gratitude. While the immigrants take advantage of government welfare and education, they dont try to blend into the melting pot at all. They continue to isolate themselves from the neighbors whom they expect to support them. When people dont try to learn the language continually dress significantly different than the people around them, can they really justify a complaint that people are prejudice.
It's not prejudice for Americans to feel uncomfortable around a "newcomer" who wants all the advantages but isn't making an effort to show that they "want to belong" and contribute to the progress and prosperity of the community.

internet personality "tests"

America, Isn't There A Better Way?

I just took one of those internet personality "tests" .
We all know this form of internet interaction being used as a form of keeping in touch (as opposed to sending an actual note where we formally ask how someone is and tell them how we feel)

Anyway, my test told me that I am a
Garfield :

(Which went on to say: )
"very comfortable, easy going, and you definitely know how to have fun but....may take it to an extreme. (and in addition)  would always know what you are doing and you are always in control of your life. Others may not see things as you do, but that doesn't mean that you always have to do what is right. Try to remember, your happy spirit may hurt you or others. "

As I read it I wondered who had decided this was me and what they had based the analysis on?
After all I have never had any contact (that I'm aware of) with the entity which composed this "fun little forward" and I started to wonder how many people actually take this sort of thing seriously.  How many people are "hurt" by this game?
