America, Isn't There A Better Way?

Who is really controlling the Economy and Healthcare?

Do we (the taxpayers) send checks, meal plans or plane tickets in our letters to our representatives?
NO.
We assume that our tax money and our votes are enough to secure the loyalty of those we elect to represent us. But… wait did we really elect these people ?

Lately we find more and more reasons to doubt the intentions of those "entrusted to create our laws".

We have learned that the popular vote may OR may not count.
I guess it depends on who is monitoring (or patronizing) the ELECTORAL COLLEGE.

After we calm down from the agitation that our vote doesn't always count.
Our conformity and support of the "winner" still may not guarantee rulings in favor of the "general public."

(General Public being those of us who make less than a MILLION a year.)

Let's face it, Insurance Companies, Banks and Other Big Business Companies can offer those lawmakers much more than we can. They can walk into each of the legislative offices bringing gifts, $$, and other commodities.
Do you think that any of us would not be tempted to sell out the future of our country, and of our children for a few wonderful years of being "wined and dined ".

The reality (America) is that the gaps between the have(s) and have-nots
are never going to decrease.
ACCESS to Healthcare will never be distributed with equally.
Wages and ownership will never be shared.
In life as in football it's “take the ball and run” or “get sacked” while your not looking.
“It’s easier to ask forgiveness than to ask permission”
Life is not a game for those who play fair.

THE POOR will always be LESS EDUCATED, and PUNISHED more severely.

This is the way the world works. Just ask the politicians.
